1. Service Description

QuoteScope provides automated analysis and quality scoring of builder and tradesperson quotes. You upload a quote document, and we generate a report assessing its quality, pricing, and potential risks.

2. Payment Terms

  • Report unlocks are one-time purchases processed via Stripe.
  • Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
  • After payment, you will receive an email with a magic link to unlock your report. This link is valid for 30 days.
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion if the service fails to generate a report. Contact us within 14 days of purchase.

3. No Guarantees

QuoteScope reports are generated using automated analysis and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis. Reports should not be treated as professional advice. Always obtain independent professional guidance before making significant financial decisions based on builder quotes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious files or content that is not a genuine quote document
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Resell or redistribute report content without permission

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuoteScope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any documents you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process the document for the purpose of generating your report. Generated reports are licensed to you for personal use.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
