• Your email address (provided when creating a report)
• Uploaded quote documents (PDFs and images)
• Project details you provide (project type, room size, finish level, postcode area)
• Payment information processed securely by Stripe (we do not store card details)

2. How We Use Your Data

• To analyse your uploaded quotes and generate quality reports
• To send you report unlock links via email
• To benchmark quotes against market data for your area
• To improve our analysis models and service quality

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following processors to operate the service:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies only. When you unlock a report, we set an HTTP-only cookie (qs_unlock_*) to remember your access. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

5. Data Retention

Uploaded documents and report data are retained for 12 months after creation, after which they are automatically deleted. You may request early deletion by contacting us.
